Led consumer and small business deposit and payments strategy for $150B super-regional bank. Developed customer analytics and insights that produced 61% growth in accounts and 34% growth in balances. Built hyper-accurate account and balance forecasting system. Led the development of customer-centric suite of checking and savings products earning special recognition from the FDIC.

Led payments strategy and operations for $22B regional bank. Innovated first branded bank gift card and sold 50,000 the first year. Delighted customers with industry-first innovations including deferred debit, de-coupled debit, and the dual-routed “crebit” (hybrid credit /debit) card.

Director of Operations for a $22B regional bank. Responsible for Proof/Capture, Float, Branch Operations, ATM/Card Operations, Day-2 Processing, CD/IRA Operations, Online Banking, Statement Rendering, Mail/Distribution, Warehouse/Purchasing and Transportation.

VP, Mortgage Lending   1996 – 1998
Created innovative alternate lending products based on customer research. Established and managed processing, underwriting, closing, post-closing, secondary marketing and servicing for product family. Built and led national sales network. Grew the division from startup to $1B in annual originations. Achieved #1 national sales growth ranking for five consecutive quarters.

VP, Corporate Banking Operations   1994 – 1996
Oversaw payments processing, balance reporting, cash management operations, float and transportation. Implemented first image-based process at the company (image wholesale lockbox system).
